3. OR we will arrange for pickup of your
precious photo in Monmouth County, NJ
for a nominal fee of $10 .

poor, the enlargement will be poor. Most enlargements, especially from
wallet size, are somewhat out of focus or 'pixelated' - that is the nature of
the beast. This does not apply to size reductions. They can usually
